Jacket: H&M Shirt: Topshop Jeans: Banana Republic 

Everything about this outfit is basic. Denim, leather jacket, flats, and a striped t-shirt. But that's what  makes it so effortless. I threw on some great pieces and together they still looked cool. It drives my nuts to see fashionable people who are wearing simple items but still look so gosh darn cool. I watched Dior & I over the weekend and what I loved about it was Raf Simons wears a black sweater and trousers everyday but still looks the part. If the Creative Director of Dior can throw on some basic pieces and still look good, there seems to be hope for the rest of us.
