Dress: Urban Renewal Necklace: J. Crew Shoes: Adidas

In case you haven't heard, I've been cast in a stylized remake of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Not really, but my dress and nurse shoes make it look like I escaped a rather trendy mental institution. And here you were thinking my clothes couldn't get any baggier. Then the massive shirtdress from Urban Renewal came into my life. The slit up the side reveals that a body is in fact hiding beneath pinstripes. I even tried to femme things up a little bit by adding pink lipstick and basically every piece of gold jewelry I own. I will still always love pairing sneakers with dresses because it goes against those unsung rules of dressing in which formal attire must never be worn with athletic wear. Clearly, I'm still clinging on to normcore while I can. Alas, the day will come when I tire of sneakers, but until then catch my rocking them with my hospital gown. More to come!
